Kevin has spent the last 17 years working in Human Resources in the construction industry. He was originally drawn to HR due largely to his background in coaching. He has a diverse HR background working in such disciplines as safety, wellness, staffing, performance management, training and development, recruiting and retention, benefits, and compensation. He brings a “people-centric” approach to HR where individual strengths are maximized and respected.
Kevin enjoys all sports and spending time with friends and family in his spare time. He cheers (and often cries) for the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Wild, and New York Mets. Kevin resides in Sioux Falls with his wife (Mary), and two daughters (Keegan and Kendal).
