Program Details

4-Year Comprehensive Training

644 hours minimum of classroom instruction
Classes held 2 days per month from September through May
40+ hours per week of on-the-job training
Video conferencing connects all locations for shared learning

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Age 18 at time of placement (17-year-olds with high school diploma may apply)
High school diploma or GED required
Strong foundation in math, science, and computers helpful
Good eye-hand coordination and mechanical aptitude

Apprentice Responsibilities

Be at the job site every day, on time, ready to work
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Attend all required classes and training sessions
Strive to become a skilled craftsperson
Follow safety protocols and procedures
