Program Details

4-Year Comprehensive Training
  • 644 hours minimum of classroom instruction
  • Classes held 2 days per month from September through May
  • 40+ hours per week of on-the-job training
  • Video conferencing connects all locations for shared learning

Requirements

Basic Qualifications
  • Age 18 at time of placement (17-year-olds with high school diploma may apply)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong foundation in math, science, and computers helpful
  • Good eye-hand coordination and mechanical aptitude

  • Be at the job site every day, on time, ready to work
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards
  • Attend all required classes and training sessions
  • Strive to become a skilled craftsperson
