 SAFETY
AGC and OSHA believe that maintaining a focus on safety saves lives, time and dollars. Thus they have mutually agreed to a Construction Health and Safety Excellence (CHASE) partnership program. The CHASE program allows incentives to be granted to participating contractors (in good standing) by OSHA in exchange for commitments by those contractors to follow certain prescribed requirements and procedures in their company safety and health programs. The three levels of participation are: Gold, Silver & Bronze (with Gold being the highest level).
Participation in the CHASE program is a reward to a contractor for their dedication to safe working practices on their jobsites and providing safety & health training to their employees. This dedication must include a commitment to continue having a strong safety program and an outstanding safety record.
Midwestern Mechanical was one of the first contractors accepted into the CHASE program at the Gold level and is currently the only mechanical contractor in the CHASE program. |
